The Air division of Twin Filter is specialized in the purification of air and other gases in a broad variation of markets.

EXPERTISE
Besides standard particulate filters, Twin Filter is specialized in the removal of gases en microbiological contamination from air and other gases. We have more than 20 years of experience in supplying dry chemical scrubbers for the removal of corrosive, toxic and/or odorous gases. We are also the producer of the Futura electro potential filter, which is the only compact filter to remove fungi’s and spores without the risk of introducing ozone.

PREVENTIVE CONSERVATION IN MUSEUMS AND ARCHIVES
As a market leader Twin Filter protects precious artifacts against the damaging effects of air pollution. Our systems have been the basis of the guidelines as set in the Dutch Deltaplan for Cultural Heritage and the Regulations for building and accommodation of archive storage rooms. Almost all archives and many leading museums have been equipped with Twin Filter air purification systems.

ODOUR CONTROL IN SEWAGE SYSTEMS AND FOR INDUSTRIAL ODOURS
Twin Filter provides solutions for the control and elimination of odour emissions. Odours from sewer pump stations, waste water treatment plants and general industrial sources are neutralized by a combination of different technologies. The goal is a stench free environment.

CORROSION CONTROL FOR COMPRESSORS AND PROCESS AUTOMATION
Dust and especially acid gases cause corrosion on circuit boards, frequency drives and compressors. By eliminating these gases, Twin Filter saves maintenance costs and improves equipment reliability. Twin Filter guarantees a G1 air quality behind the filter.

INLINE FILTERS FOR COMPRESSED AIR AND BIO- OR NATURAL GAS
Twin Filter has a large range of inline filter systems for the following applications:
- Removal of particulate contamination from compressed air and nitrogen systems.
- Removal of H2S and particulate contamination from biogas and natural gas.
- ATEX zone separation
Inline filters are built according to customer specifications.
