The Liquid Division of Twin Filter is specialized in the purification and clarification of water and other liquids. This ranges from general particulate removal to critical sub micron applications.

EXPERTISE
Twin Filter manufactures filter systems and cartridges for water applications and process fluids. We can offer standard equipment as well as equipment customized to satisfy your needs and demands, whether this is a cartridge vessel, an automatic self-cleanable system, a media filter or a state of the art separation system. We are experienced in local standards and codes, such as U-stamp, ASME, Australian Standard and many others. For your temporary jobs we have several rental units that we can offer you.
Our cartridges range from nominal depth filter cartridges up to pleated absolute filters and high flow cartridges.

R.O. PRE-FILTRATION
We supply pre-filtration systems ranging from compact systems for local water supply up to complete systems for desalination and drinking water plants. These systems can be automatic cleanable up to 10 micron or cartridge filter systems up to 1 micron or lower. Projects have been completed all over the world with the largest water treatment companies.

WATER INTAKE FOR COOLING-, PROCESS-, OR SEAWATER
To prevent contamination in your systems we can provide intake filters for sea and sweet water, for solids as well as organic contamination such as mussels and algae’s. The equipment can be build in materials ranging from coated carbon steel up to SS316 or super duplex.

OIL REMOVAL
Twin Filter has a range of oil adsorption cartridges using polymers, impregnated clay or modified cellulose based filter media. These cartridges have a high efficiency, and are especially useful as a polishing step behind a separator. We can also offer you a separator based on a horizontal vortex, called the Voraxial. This system removes solids and oil without the use of disposable cartridges.
