OnGuard 3000 is the only air quality meter that measures all the corrosive gases in one measurement. Through continuous measuring of the growth of the corrosion on copper and silver, the presence of these gases can be shown. The greater the corrosion growth, the higher the concentration of the gases. Besides the measurement of the corrosion, the temperature and relative humidity will also be measured. All measured values can be read directly on the LCD screen.
The OnGuard 3000 is available in two versions:
OnGuard 3000 Transmitter
This version is designed to be connected to a DCS or building management. The data is transmitted via 4-20 mA signal and the OnGuard needs an external 24 VDC power supply. In this way, the air quality in a space can be monitored from a distance.
OnGuard 3000 stand-alone
This version can be used directly without any electrical installation work, because it's powered by 4 AA batteries and stores the data in the data logger sintering. It can be read via a USB cable to a PC or laptop. Associated software and cables are included.
Applications
The OnGuard 3000 can be used in museums and archives to measure to the air quality in storage depots and exhibition spaces. In the industry, he is often used to guard link areas against corrosive gases. The same happens in data centers and in the semiconductor industry.
